Part 3: Ministry 13 Years Celebration & Vision Expansion

Ministry Birth, February 9, 2013. February 2026 marks thirteen (13) years.

 

 SOUL CARE & INNER HEALING Women’s Fellowship was launched in my home on that day.

 

The picture above represents the women who were present. That day was ordained and anointed by God and confirmed a few hours later. It’s an interesting story which might be too much for this post. One Saturday each month a group of women would meet at my home for fellowship. Sometime later the name became “Soul Care & Inner Healing Ministry.” Many components of services sprang out from it.

PART 3: The Story Continues:

 

 Spring 2023 Trip to Ghana, Africa: The purpose of my trip was twofold, ministry and education. This was my first visit to Africa. I visited a few high schools and spoke with administrations and students. I visited two university campuses. I engaged in one-on-one and small group ministry focus engagements. My experience exceeded my expectation. Sight seeing to historical places was educational and emotional at the same time. My son was with me on the trip.

 

*Achimota High School in Accra Ghana: One of the high schools I visited. In a picture below, I am with the Assistant Principal and one with some students.

 

 Nasdaq Tower Billboard: Spring 2024- I was featured on the Famous Nasdaq Tower Billboard in Times Square New York, New York City USA. (See picture below).

 

“A man’s (person’s) gifts open doors for him/her, and brings him/her before great people,” (Proverbs 18:16). I serve humanity globally with humility, excellence and purpose for lasting impact and transformation for kingdom growth.

 

*Invest in yourself and prepare yourself for the "open doors" when they become available to you.

*What a beautiful journey! From walking to school for two miles one way, on the stony dirt road with no shoes, for I had none except the one for church on Sunday. I am humbled! Praise God for divine favor, PURPOSE, consistent hard work.

 

 2025 Youth Leadership and Empowerment Program: The seed was planted in the summer of 2023. It came to life in the summer of 2024. This project flourished in 2025 as a one-of-a-kind resource and program for teens and young adults.

Naturally, I am proud of my humble beginnings and took the opportunity to highlight my Jamaican heritage and my divine purpose journey God had me on. Enjoy and be encouraged.
