Part 1: Ministry 13 Years Celebration & Expansion

SOUL CARE & INNER HEALING Women’s Fellowship was launched in my home on that day. The picture below represents the women who were present. That day was ordained and anointed by God and confirmed a few hours later. It’s an interesting story which might be too much for this post. One Saturday each month a group of women would meet at my home for fellowship. Some time later the name became “Soul Care & Inner Healing Ministry.” Many components of services sprang out from it. The ministry outgrew my home.

 

 *During these monthly meetings I would teach of a specific subject matter that the Holy Spirit lay on my heart. I would always seek God’s direction concerning what I should teach that month. The format was interactive including prayer, testimonies, singing, reflections, questions and answers, growth experiences shared, and my teaching using demonstrations and examples.

 

 *That same year, spring of 2013, I entered theological seminary to pursue my Masters Degree in Divinity because the call of God on my heart and life was extremely strong and I wanted to be professionally prepared for ministry. At this time, I already had a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology and Human Development, a Masters Degree in Leadership, and my Doctorial Academic Degree in Education and a host of professional certificates.

 

 *April 2016, as a celebration of three years the Holy Spirit laid it on my heart to host a one-day conference which I did and it was a record-breaking experience.

 

 *Public Speaking: I had already been a public speaker at educational events and Christian ministry event, but the ministry created additional opportunities. I have been keynote and guest speaker in multiple settings including retreats, workshops, conferences, schools, women’s day, guest speaker at several churches etc.

 

 *Coaching: After seminary I went back to school for certification as a professional life coach. I coach individuals and small groups. From the pulpit to the pew and marketplaces I have coached many, impacting and transforming their lives.

 

 Look out for PART 2: Tomorrow I will share more about the evolution of this ministry and how God has chosen to expand and enlarge it including a name change. God chose to bless the works of my hands.
