MY YEAR 2024 IN REVIEW
God proved Himself faithful!
It was on December 29, 2023, when God gave me "my word" for 2024, which was, "Many Widely Open Doors." I created the flyer on the right and started the year 2024 sharing with everyone the "word from God." Through the year, I used it to impact, influence & teach others to take God at His Word.
Based on God's Word to me I created the flyer on the left with the vision as I saw it.
"For I know the PLANS I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to PROSPER YOU and not to harm you. Plans to give you HOPE and a FUTURE," (Jeremiah 29:11).
I believed God and His Word was clear to me so I ran with it! In this flyer, I documented the inspiration that I had.

PUBLIC SPEAKING MINISTRY
January 20, 2024, was my first speaking, workshop engagement of the year.
It was indeed an honor to be counted among this collective of dynamic leaders, speakers, bishops, preachers and Bible teachers.
JANUARY 25, 2024 OPEN DOOR!
"God is not man that He should lie." This was a MASSIVE door He opened to me.
Here I am in Times Square New York City USA. I believed God's Word to me with ALL my heart. In the first month of the year, January 25, God proved that He meant what He said on 12/29/2023. This is profound!
JANUARY 2024 SPRING CHAPLAINCY COHORT STARTED
This begins the second year of the chaplaincy program.
Spring of 2024 begins the second year of the chaplaincy program. This cohort was international with students from outside the USA.
FEBRUARY 2024 "OPEN DOORS" TO MY SPEAKING MINISTRY
February is Black History Month: The month is filled with activities and celebrations in schools, communities and churches.
Most churches culminate the month with a big celebration and special service on the last Sunday. It was an honor to be your guest speaker.

March is Women's History Month. It was a humbling experience and an honor to be the keynote speaker at this outstanding "Women's Empowerment Gala."
I had the pleasure through the POWER of speaking words to reach, impact, equip, influence, and transform the lives of women for kingdom growth.

CHAPLAINCY COURSE 2024
Spring, 2024, our First Africa Cohort Chaplaincy Course was launched. The first class was on April 1, 2024. In chaplaincy ministry we pursue God's mandate (God gives authority to go & act) based on Matthew 28: 19-20. My carefully organized and crafted Mission- is our guide for the propagating (spread & promote) of the Christian faith and healing ministry for the restoration of heart, soul, and body. Thus, position you to fulfill your God given purpose. Chaplaincy is a high calling and honorable office of service beyond church walls.
Class is FULLY ONLINE with 24/7 access globally:
Virtual classes are LIVE on Zoom. You have the benefit of both. Each class session is recorded and the video recordings are uploaded in the classroom portal. ALL course resources are posted in the classroom for your easy access.

The course content and approach have been spiritually, professionally and personally impactful.
Dr Gordon’s approach to teaching the course is excellent. She explains the content in detail, ensuring that the meaning is clear and understandable. Ever since I started this course, I have been exposed to and attained a lot of wisdom and knowledge. I have matured spiritually, and I look at life with a better perspective. Everywhere I go I find myself sharing about chaplaincy as it is a globally accepted course. If I retire from my job, I can pursue Chaplaincy fulltime.
I would love for Dr. Gordon to come and host a seminar on Chaplaincy in South Arica or Zimbabwe.
Chaplaincy has given me a chance to start a prison ministry which is something I always wanted to do but never knew how to begin. The Field Study Practical experience has opened doors for me, and I am happy to work with prisoners. I pray and intend to start visiting hospitals and orphanages as well. During the field experience, I realized that prisoners are rejected by the community and their families. They undergo a lot of distress without any help. As a chaplain, it is my duty to show love, care and compassion towards them. Bringing them closer to God could help them look at life more positively. My colleagues and church community are already benefiting as I present short lessons.

JULY & AUGUST 2024 "OPEN DOORS" POLAND, EUROPE

We stopped in Amsterdam for quite a few hours. This was our last leg of the journey. Our final destination is Poland.

On this day on our return from Poland it was grandson Josiah' birthday. I told the pilot and requested of him to create this experience for Josiah.

This was my second trip to Europe but my first trip to Poland. It was the boys first international trip.
For each flight connection, I created a new experience for the boys. In this picture we got a moment with this hostess.
AUGUST 2024 "OPEN DOORS" MY CONTINUOUS LEARNING
Professional Development: For my professional development these are two of the learning experiences I pursued in 2024.
Light University & The American Association of Christian Counselors:
Foundations of Mental Health Coaching. I enjoyed this impactful course.
Georgia Department of Behavioral Health & Developmental Disabilities in partnership with Faith-Based Mental Health Initiative, INC.
This 5-session training aligned with my certification in Mental Health. It enriched my knowledge base.
SEPTEMBER 2024 "OPEN DOORS" FALL CHAPLAINCY COURSE
Fall Cohort Community Service Chaplaincy Course started in September.
The Fall Cohort Chaplaincy Course started off as FULLY ONLINE with 24/7 access to the recorded sessions and resources, in addition to Live Zoom classes and full access to the professor.
This is the third semester of the second year's chaplaincy program.
SEPTEMBER 2024 "OPEN DOORS" TO A NEW COMMUNITY
No one is an island. Everyone needs a community for various reasons.
The first week in September 2024, I removed myself from a community that did not benefit me.
It was hard to let go but I was not getting my monies worth. Yes, I met some wonderful people, some of whom I stay in contact with. However, this community did not meet my needs for I was more advanced beyond what they had to offer. Know when to "let go" and move on!
September 26, 2024, marks a new beginning ... I'm excited!
On this day, I joined this private, paid membership community of professionals. This is one with highly skilled people from whom I will learn and be challenged. I have the opportunity to impact the lives of others.
