Memorial Day is observed in the United States on Monday, May 25, 2026.

Memorial Day Prayer

Heavenly Father,

Today we pause with grateful hearts to honor the memory of every soldier, sailor, airman, marine, guardian, and servant who laid down their lives in sacrifice for this nation. We thank You for their courage, their honor, and their willingness to protect others at great cost.

Lord, comfort every grieving family, every Gold Star mother, father, spouse, child, and friend who still carries the weight of loss. Surround them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Let them know their loved ones will never be forgotten.

We pray for our military, veterans, and law enforcement officers who continue to serve with integrity and sacrifice. Cover them with protection, wisdom, strength, and discernment. Guard their minds, heal invisible wounds, and restore every weary heart.

Father, heal this nation. Let unity rise above division, compassion above hatred, and righteousness above corruption. May America walk in humility, justice, truth, and reverence for You.

We declare that the blood, sacrifice, and service of the fallen will not be in vain. Let freedom continue to stand. Let peace prevail in our land. Let revival awaken this nation spiritually, morally, and emotionally.

Thank You for being our refuge, our defender, and our hope.
