Happy Jamaica Emancipation Day August 1st.
Land of my birth, love you!
May today be a day of remembrance and celebration:
"For where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty." 2 Corinthians 3:17
May God continue to bless Jamaica, and may He continue to use me (all of us) to impact, influence, and transform lives God's way.
"Now that I'm free...what am I free for?"
"Freedom was the seed. Purpose is the fruit."
Today we honor the courage, resilience, faith, and enduring spirit of those who came before us.
Emancipation reminds us that freedom is more than the breaking of chains, it is the opportunity to live with dignity, purpose, and hope.
Freedom was the seed. Purpose is the fruit.
May we never take our freedom for granted. Instead, let us use it to uplift others, serve our communities, and fulfill the purpose God has placed within each of us.
As Scripture reminds us:
"It is for freedom that Christ has set us free," Galatians 5:1
Today I celebrate Jamaica, its history, its people, its culture, and its unshakable spirit.
